FAQ

Artwork

What kind of artwork files do you need?

There are two main types of image format – vector and bitmap.

We need what is called a vector image file for most of our branding services. This is a special file type that design studios usually work with to digitally draw logos and other graphics. Usually you can easily identify these from the .eps or .ai file type endings, .pdf can be another way to store these files.

The other type of image, bitmap, is for the most part unusable. You would commonly find these types of images with file endings .jpeg, .bmp or .tiff. It is not the end of the world, if they are high enough quality we may still be able to convert these files easily or we may need to redraw these for you which can take some more time.

How can I start designing my artwork, do you have templates?

We have templates we can send over for you to place your artwork onto. Contact us and we’ll be able to send any resources you need to get planning your book.

If you’re not as comfortable with graphics then send through your artwork files and we can discuss placement and produce mockups for you as needed – free of charge!

Leadtimes and Deliveries

What are your typical turnaround times?
